We run our practice on principles and values.

The Ro12 of Ro12 Enterprises is short for Romans 12 which is a chapter of the New Testament within the Bible that represents how we believe we should run our business.  We strive to achieve these values in our daily work and they create the framework for which we work with our clients in supporting their goals.

"Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind" (v. 2)

We admire the entrepreneur and business owners for their creative spirit.  We strive to be apply innovative thinking in our approach and our solutions for our clients.  Engaging the creativity of our clients and their employees to help solve problems and become more empowered is a key component of our approach.

Humility is extremely important to us.  We have no desire to take a "bull in a china shop" approach with our clients.  In most cases, they are already extremely successful and it is our desire to find ways to elevate them by working as partners in their endeavors.  We take every opportunity to learn and continue to evolve our own skillsets to expand the portfolio of offerings we have to our clients.

"For by the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think..." (v. 3)
"Repay no one evil for evil, but give thought to do what is honorable in sight of all." (v. 17)

"An eye for an eye leaves everyone blind" (Mike Meyers in The Love Guru), which doesn't seem to make a lot of sense!  We always aspire to do the right thing no matter what.  Our interest is in serving our clients through honesty, integrity, and compassion in all circumstances.

We work hard to get the right people in the right seats.  We strongly believe in cross-training but also realize that individuals have different talents that we want to utilize to their full extent.  No individual is greater than the sum of the parts so we strongly promote teamwork and collarboration on all fronts.

"We have different gifts according to the grace given to each of us..." (v. 6)
